VerifyFort is operated by ServerPoet. We process your account contact details, billing information and submitted email addresses to provide email verification, account security and customer support.
Submitted email addresses are processed by our verification subprocessor, Southern Vector Limited in New Zealand. Hosting, outgoing email and payment service providers also process the information needed for their services. Processing can take place outside your country. Contact support for processing information or requirements specific to your organisation before uploading data. We do not sell your submitted email lists.
Only submit email addresses you are authorised to process and disclose to service providers. CSV/TXT uploads are reduced to the email column for verification; do not upload identity documents, payment-card details, health information or other sensitive records.
Online checkout is available through PayPal for eligible customers. PayPal processes payment information; VerifyFort does not receive full payment-card details. Your payment statement may show ServerPoet. Guest card checkout and payment availability are controlled by PayPal.
We record checkout IP addresses, browser details, payer details supplied by PayPal, payment authorisation acknowledgements, and account login, verification-usage and download events to prevent fraud and respond to disputes. Security checks can hold a payment or credit delivery for review.
Passwords are stored as hashes. Secure session cookies keep you signed in for up to 24 hours. Optional emailed codes provide two-step login. The WordPress website uses separate resources, including Google Analytics, Google fonts and embedded services where present. These services may receive IP addresses, browser details and website activity. The customer dashboard does not include the website analytics scripts.
Completed verification reports and submitted email-list content are retained for 30 days after completion. Removing a completed result removes our stored input/report and the original upload filename. Basic job status, counts and credit records remain separately; retained job titles are replaced with a neutral label. Supplier-held copies and temporary caches have separate retention, so dashboard removal is not an immediate deletion request covering every service provider. Contact support for a provider-held deletion request.
Unresolved jobs retain the information needed to determine the outcome and protect your credits. Support reviews unresolved requests and escalates cases reaching 30 days; a documented dispute, legal requirement or unresolved supplier outcome may require additional retention.
Security-event and checkout IP/browser metadata is retained for up to 365 days, with routine cleanup. Account information is retained while the account is active and reviewed when closure is requested. Financial, fraud-case and accounting records are retained separately where required to resolve payments, disputes or legal record-keeping duties. Contact support for the retention applicable to a particular record. Backups are restricted recovery copies; where a deletion applies, it must be reapplied if a backup is restored.
You can update account and billing details in the dashboard. Contact support from your registered email to request access, correction or deletion. We verify the request and review outstanding jobs, balances, payments and record-keeping obligations. We explain any information that must be retained rather than promising immediate deletion of all records.
