One credit is reserved per unique email. Deliverable, invalid and disposable results cost one credit. Catch-all, unknown and not-verified results are free; reserved credits are returned automatically after completion. Duplicate addresses are removed before charging. A new verification job is a separate request.
Credits can remain reserved while support determines a job outcome. Contact support with the job reference before submitting again. Confirmed rejected or closed requests return reserved credits once.
PayPal checkout is available for eligible customers. New customers may buy up to 10,000 credits in total until support approves larger purchases; reviewed accounts may buy up to 150,000 credits per 24 hours. No separate gateway or setup fee is added by VerifyFort. Your bank or PayPal may apply conversion charges.
For a billing error or purchase refund request, contact support with your account email, order reference and reason. Payment refunds require review and are different from automatic verification-credit returns. A payment refund or reversal removes the corresponding credits; already-used credits can require account reconciliation. These terms do not remove applicable statutory rights or payment-provider dispute rights.
